Speaking Compassionately

Words are alive and a powerful energetic exchange! They have the potential to initiate war or inspire peace ~ and the charge we receive from words spoken to us and through us shapeshift our reality. Quite simply, words carry a sound vibration that interacts with the world around us. There is a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual response for every word spoken. Their replies may be experiences like ‘excitement’, ‘sadness’, ‘anger’, ‘fidgety’, ‘nervous’, ‘sleepy’, or ‘jumpy’. We add glitter for each answer they offer (I do try to have different colors). I explain that our minds can be very busy as I shake the jar. Then I share that if we...

It was once believed that our body replaces itself every 7 years but Deepak Chopra has revised and advocates that our bodies are 98% totally renewed every year. “The Miraculous Body * 98% of the body is totally renewed every year * we have a new stomach lining every 4 days * new skin every 30 days * new liver every 6 weeks * new skeleton every 3 months” – Deepak Chopra Our bodies are truly miraculous!
