Affirmations

Affirmations are a simple yet powerful tools. With mindful thinking we are able to incline our minds toward a more peaceful existence. Research continues to prove that the subconcious mind is constantly  responding to our own inner dialougue and self talk. To take that a step further our minds create life experiences.

Scientists estimate that we have between 45,000 and 51,000 thoughts a day or about 150 to 300 thoughts per minute. Unfortunately the research also indicates that for most people 80% of those thoughts are negative. When we choose to live in awareness and harness the power of our minds with positive thinking and dialogue the effects are profound.
