Raw Asparagus Soup
3 1/2 ish cups chopped asparagus
1 1/2 cups homeade veggie broth (or water)
handful (1/2 cup) raw cashews
couple TB of fresh squeezed lemon juice
2-3 cloves garlic
fingertip full of red and yellow pepper
splash of tamari (optional)
Blend in Vitamix or high speed blender until smooth, top with more veggies and..voila!! Quick, delicious and nutritious!!
